- 본 실험실은 식용, 약용, 천연물의 소재를 이용하여 안전성을 확인하고,
- 유용생리활성평가(항산화, 혈행, 항당뇨 등)를 통해 효능이 우수한 생물자원의 기능성 소재 개발 가능성을 연구합니다.
- 또한 세균, 효모, 곰팡이를 포함한 다양한 미생물의 배양과 발효를 진행하고 있으며,
- 시료의 미생물 검사 및 판별에 대한 연구를 수행하고 있습니다.
